Design Studio, the New Email Editor

In Beta, GA 2026

A new intuitive email editor is coming soon. Design Studio, brings all the capabilities of Parcel, into Customer.io. With Design Studio, you can build and save emails without starting a campaign or broadcast first. You can also save templates, build with reusable components, and QA your emails for various client intricacies, including dark mode. GA will include AI-powered message translations, inbox previews, the ability to save components from the visual editor, and the functionality to publish updates in bulk.

Outputs are stored as journey attributes, customer attributes, or events and are reusable across the rest of the journey.
